I began my IT career as an Information Systems Technician at Mission City Community Network (MCCN). Within this company, I was responsible for maintaining up to twenty-one different sites across the Los Angeles county that required active travel between locations. During my tenure at MCCN, I implemented and managing a suite of technological software and infrastructure such as: Citrix, networking infrastructure (Unifi), and Microsoft Intune. After a year in this role at Mission City Community Network, I progressed to working at Maxar Space Robotics (MSR). In my position at MSR, as a Deskside Support Technician, I provide onsite support for an estimated 150+ employees. My role is integral in guaranteeing uninterrupted technological operations for MAC, Windows, and Linux platforms to accommodate our diverse clientele’s technology needs.
